hmm i see on the second sentiment. What i wondered about was that with a race like that, growing up on a predatory planet. Wouldnt it be smarter for the female to be alot tougher? Then again the breeding of them depending heavily on natural selection that could potentialy be besides the point.
I supose the primitive Verunas used to have some sort of pack mentality (those types tend to evolve into intelligence rather than loners) but more ackin to a terrestrial herbivore in the sense that the leadership is constantly challenged, wich usually does not apply to such an extent in terrestrial carnivores. But it would fit in with the culture they have developed as a sentient species.
